FYI: Channel 4 news has reported falsley that the problem with the CO and the furnace was due to neglect of my father Richard Hansen. They are reporting that there was insulation stuffed up against the furnace vents. This is false. We don't even have a furnace. Just wanted you all to know that the information reported was wrong. The problem was due to a cracked boiler. We are looking into the problem and getting it taken care of.
